Continuity of Carer Co-Production Event

A co-production event organised by our members at the Herefordshire and Worcestershire took place on 31st July at Worcester Royal Hospital and provided brilliant presentations and workshops on Continuity of Care, which made for a wonderful and insightful day.  

The day included a welcome from the HOM Margaret Stewart, a workshop on Better Births from RCM RO Julia Chandler, Continuity of Care workshops from Caitlin Wilson and Lia Brigante, the RCM Early Career Fellowship/ Development Midwife and Caseload Midwife.

In the afternoon there were workshops on pay, conditions and a look at workload rotas in a continuity model.

The excellently received day was attended by a mixture of 65 Midwives, MSWs and Students.
