We had so many donations from the executive team, the CW+ charity, the RCM merchandise, we were able to provide a goodie bag to each midwife, we ran 3 refreshment rounds , ensuring all shifts were covered. Our PMA team ran relaxation seasons. We printed lots of the colouring pages many completed by my own children but also local children and mother's , we had so many we were able to form 2 thank you rainbows. Whilst out IDM celebrations were different to previous years , I have had lovely feedback from staff highlighting how much they appreciated our efforts.

The Lewisham and Greenwich maternity department celebrated IDM with lots of sweet treats, fruit donated by our fruit stall outside the hospital and by having a mocktail bar. With mocktails called punchy pinard, tropical transition phase and mum's mojito. Everyone had a lovely day.

Frimley Health - Frimley branch

We did a trolley dash, with our HOM and chief executive who also handed out donated cake made by Tom Kerridge. Asked for families to colour pictures as displayed on boards
We are doing a 2020 challenge which involves completing 20 different challenges 20 times each over a month, to win a medal. The trust put together a booklet of comments from women about 'what does your midwife mean to you' and distributed it for all staff to see and feel appreciated.
