Perinatal Mental Health Study Day

Kings Hospitals NHS Trust Maternity and the RCM Bromley and Bexley Branch teamed up to hold a very successful Perinatal Mental Health Study Day on September 8th at Princess Royal University Hospital in Orpington.

There was a number of inspirational speakers from the Trust as well as the Maternal Mental Health Network our members heard some incredibly moving case studies around women's mental health and the improving picture of community support being made available across the country.

It was a real team effort with all Branch Activists organising and facilitating the day with almost 50 Midwives, student Midwives and MSWs, as well as other health professionals in attendance.
