On 23rd October, RCM's West Herts Branch celebrated Black History Month as well as the RCM Caring for You Campaign with inspirational presentations and discussions, complemented with delicious international food and a Caring for You cake.

Jackie Dunkley-Bent captivated attendees with the story of her fascinating career, while Comfort Offorjindu touched on the importance of caring and supporting each other through challenging times, the essence of which dovetailed beautifully into the RCM's Caring for You campaign ethos.

The Caring for You Charter was signed by HoM Colette Mannion and RCM Health & Safety Representative Amanda Waterman, marking the start of implementing strategies led by members and management to improve working lives. The well-attended day also included international food and a delicious RCM Caring for You cake baked by the West Herts Branch Chair Lisa Johnson.
