Today the Scottish Government has announced the details of an agreement on pay for NHS staff on the Agenda for Change pay scales. This includes midwives, maternity support workers, nurses and a number of other NHS professions.

Over the weekend the Scottish Government announced an immediate 3% pay award for all NHS staff on the Agenda for Change pay scale earning up to £80,000. This applies to staff including midwives and nurses.
