Perinatal mental health video up for award

The children’s charity Best Beginnings is asking for people to watch their short film, which has been nominated for a Charity Media Award.

The film promotes perinatal mental health and is titled My mental health matters.  

Endorsed by the RCM, the film was created as part of Best Beginnings’ ‘Out of the blue’ series that was launched by the Duchess of Cambridge earlier this year.

Best Beginnings hopes that the film we help to raise the national profile of perinatal mental health and enable more families to gain an insight into the issue and where to go for help.

The film can be viewed here. The winner is chosen by public vote, so the charity is asking members to watch it, to vote for it and to share it. Voting closes on 15 December.
