Leading for maternity improvement course - for educators Cancelled
The RCM Leading for Maternity Improvement Course is an innovative and transformational four-day development journey for Midwives in Education who want to develop and apply their leadership skills in a positive and supportive work environment.
The four-day course, which is delivered over six months, will enable participants to gain personal insights and develop practical leadership and management skills to deploy at work. Participants will develop their leadership skills and examine how to put women and families at the heart of what they do. The course employs a multi-media approach, utilising a 70:20:10 approach.
The course covers four main themes
- Leading Self "Who am I?"
- Interpersonal Leadership "How do I engage with others?
- Leading Change "How do I lead service improvement"
- Team Leadership "How do I lead others?"

13 May, 11 June, 14 July, 8 September
Lunch is provided but refreshments will be available throughout the day. The workshops timings are 9.30-16.45.
