How you can help

As well as writing to your MP, MSP, AS or AM you can also help by setting up a meeting with the politicians who represent you wherever you live to support the call for an early and significant pay rise for NHS staff.

The process for setting up a meeting with your MP is not as intimidating as it may sound and meetings can be held virtually to take into account social distancing guidelines.
